For companies

Your Salesforce, fixed and looked after.

For companies with up to about 50 Salesforce licences and no full-time admin or developer. Start with a two-week, fixed-price Fix Sprint. Keep me on monthly only if it’s useful.

Sound familiar?

Where most companies are when they call

  • Your admin or implementation partner left, and nobody knows how things work.
  • Automations fire twice, or not at all, and nobody wants to touch them.
  • Reports don't match reality, so the team keeps its own spreadsheets.
  • Salesforce keeps emailing about retiring features you might be using.
  • An integration with your ERP, billing or website breaks every few weeks.
  • You bought Salesforce for more than you're using it for.

Pricing

Two ways to work together

Fixed prices, in USD. No retainers you can't leave.

Salesforce Fix Sprint

$2,500fixed price · 2 weeks

I find what's hurting your team most and fix it, not just report it. You end the two weeks with a working org and a plan for the rest.

  • Up to 40 hours of hands-on fixes on the problems we agree matter most
  • Changes built in a sandbox, tested with your team, then deployed
  • A written 90-day roadmap for everything the sprint didn't cover

Fractional Salesforce team

$4,500per month · 60 hours

Admin and developer work in one person, for less than half the cost of a full-time hire.

  • Works through the roadmap, then your requests as they come
  • Weekly update of what was done and what's next
  • Month to month, with 30 days' notice

The Fix Sprint

Where I look first

Automation
Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules and triggers: what runs, what overlaps and what's due for retirement.
Security & access
Profiles, permission sets, sharing and who can see or export what.
Data quality
Duplicates, empty fields that matter, broken picklists and records nobody owns.
Integrations
Connected apps, API users and anything relying on retiring APIs like SOAP login().
Code
Apex and Lightning components, test coverage and anything that will fail the next release.
Adoption
Page layouts, reports and dashboards: whether the org fits how your team actually sells and serves.

How it starts

From first call to a working org in about two weeks

  1. Step 1

    Free 20-minute call

Tell me what's going wrong. I'll say honestly whether I can help.

  2. Step 2

    Agree the targets

Within two days you get a short list of what I'll fix and what done looks like. Half the fee is due to start.

  3. Step 3

    Two weeks of fixes

I work through the list in a sandbox, show you progress mid-sprint, then deploy what you approve.

  4. Step 4

    Handover and roadmap

A walkthrough of every change, notes your admin can follow, and a 90-day plan. The other half is due at handover.

Safe to say yes

Hiring someone remote, without the risk

You stay in control
I start in a sandbox. You own my user and its permissions, and can switch it off any time.
Nothing lives in my head
Every change is written up and kept in your org or your repo, so anyone can pick up after me.
Confidential by default
I sign your NDA. For health data, we agree how it's handled before I get access.
Easy to leave
Month to month. If you stop, you lose nothing but my time.
Paid like a local vendor
USD invoices, paid by US bank transfer (ACH) or wire. W-8BEN sent with the first invoice.
Reachable in your day
Asynchronous by default, with a daily overlap window in US mornings for calls.

Questions

What people ask first

Why not just hire a Salesforce admin?
If you have 40 or more hours a week of Salesforce work, you should. Most companies under 50 licences don't. They need admin and developer skills a few days a month, and the monthly plan gives both for less than half a full-time salary.
We're in the middle of an implementation that's gone sideways. Can you help?
Yes. A sprint on a half-built org gets the parts your team needs working first, and the roadmap shows what's salvageable and what the partner still owes you.
Is it safe to give someone overseas access to our CRM?
You decide exactly what I can see. The usual pattern is sandbox first, then a production user with only the permissions the work needs, with login history you can check any time.
What if I only need a one-off fix?
Book the call and describe it. Small, well-defined fixes can be quoted at a fixed price.
